In our centre, we do offer meditation courses, on a regular basis. Please, check on the new upcoming events, if there is a meditation course coming soon.

General overview of the course:

This course provides instruction in the basic techniques and theory for beginning your meditation practice. Learn how to develop concentration and to experience inner peace. Meditation is considered the most important of all the yoga techniques and is an invaluable tool for emotional balance and peace of mind.

  • Purpose of meditation
  • Nature of the mind
  • Meditation using a mantra (sound energy, vibration)
  • Obstacles to meditation
  • How to establish a practice
  •  Meditation techniques according to the 4 paths of Yoga
  • Choosing personal mantra for an individualized practice
  • How to continue the practice
