We teach a traditional, exact and easy-to-learn system of yoga which aims at achieving the goals naturally by creating a healthy body and mind leading towards a positive spiritual evolvement. Several different types of classes are available for students covering topics such as easy variations, intermediate and advanced levels, pranayama focusing, etc. Please enquire at the reception for details and see the schedule page for the exact timings.

Open to all on a simple drop-in basis, the open class covers the following:

  • Kapalabhati (Breathing exercises)
  • Anuloma Viloma (Alternate nostril breathing)
  • Surya Namaskar (Sun salutation)
  • Stretching exercises
  • 12 basic postures with variations
  • Final relaxation

Duration: 90 minutes

Batches:

  • 6:00 am to 7:30 am (Everyday) (Sunday 2 hours class)
  • 9:30 am to 11:00 am - Ladies Only (Monday to Friday; Weekends Mixed Class)
  • 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm (Monday to Friday only)  


How to Register

Anyone who has finished the Beginners Course or already practices yoga regularly can join the open classes any time.

Donations for Open Classes

  • Single Open Class : Rs. 300 (per person)
  • Monthly Open Class Donation: Rs. 1,500 per person (Rs 1,350 for same family members)
  • 10 Class Pass: Rs. 1,750 (Validity: 6 months)
  • 3 Months Open Class Donation: Rs. 4,000 (Rs 3,750 for same family members)
  • 6 Months Open Class Donation:Rs. 8,000 (Rs 7,500 for same family members)
  • 1 Year Open Class Donation: Rs. 16,000 (Rs 15,000 for same family members)
