Highly recommended as a follow up to Yoga 1, Yoga 2 is an ideal course for those wanting to go deeper into their Yoga practice.
The course includes a thorough introduction and preparation for the practice of the headstand, a focus on classical variations and a more in depth look at the basic philosophy of Yoga. One can integrate into the daily drop-in classes with ease upon completing Yoga 2 or move on to the very popular
Yoga 3.
