Foundation to Meditation

All happiness achieved through the mind is temporary and fleeting; it is limited by nature. To achieve lasting happiness and absolute peace, we must first know how to calm the mind, to concentrate and go beyond it. By turning the mind's concentration inward, upon the Self, we can deepen that experience of perfect concentration.
 
This course will help you to understand the nature of the mind and how to develop concentration and inner stability. Participants are guided in basic techniques with the aim of helping them to establish a daily practice.

Using the 8 limbs of Raja yoga as a basis, this course will describe the importance of ethics as a foundation for developing a positive outlook on life and for your practice of Asana, Pranayama, and meditation. This course gives numerous practical tools for empowering and improving everyday life
