Special Classes

Kids Yoga Classes - Weekly

Its better to start as early as possible, with so much stress and unhealthy environment conditions. We have special classes for kids. Yoga improves not just their flexibility, strength and balance, but also focus and sense of self-awareness. It also helps to stimulate the development of a child.

Age group: 6 - 12 years only.
Duration: 60 minutes
Schedule: Every Sundays: 10.00 am to 11 am
Suggested Donation: Rs 200 per class, Rs 1500 for a 10-class card

Kids Summer Camp

Two week intensive courses are also held for the kids in the Summer holidays and often in the winter holiday also. Please check with the Centre for exact dates. Classes may be 2 hours a day.

Kids Camp at the Ashram

A residential Kids Camp for children from 8 years of age is held at the Dhanwantari Ashram, Neyyar Dam, Kerala in the summer every year. This gives an excellent opportunity for children to develop in all ways. See the ashram information to know more.

Prenatal Yoga : Yoga for Moms-to-Be

Yoga is one of the best things you can do to relieve stress, if you're pregnant and looking for ways to relax or stay fit, you may be considering prenatal yoga. It can help you prepare for labor and promote your baby's health.

Schedule: Every Saturdays and Sundays: 08.30 amĀ &

Monday Wednesday & Friday: 4pm (Please Register in Advance}

Gentle Yoga : Yoga at any age.

Gentle yoga is slower paced practice to make it more accessible to people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. The Gentle Yoga removes any fears or challenges in doing yoga keeping its benefits.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 08.15 am - 09.45 am

Private Classes

Due to the increased demand from students who are not able to attend regular scheduled yoga classes or who require personal attention, the Centre now offers private yoga classes.please in the reception for further inquiry.

Yoga for All


    Goal of yoga for kids is stimulation of the physical, mental and emotional abilities of a child. We have weekly special yoga classes for kids.


    Specially designed for mothers-to-be, we focus on breathing and mild stretching. It can help you prepare for labor and promote your baby's health.


Purpose of this yoga is to give benefits of yoga to all age groups. We believe that anyone can practice yoga.

Yoga classes designed to help young teens:

  • Get fit with simple yoga sequence
  • Develop flexibility, strength and coordination
  • Improve concentration and focus
