Give your life a boost, develop positive thinking, radiant health and inner peace through the practice of the ancient yogic techniques for balanced living. The Yoga Vacation is based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. It is designed to help you develop a strong practice which can be incorporated back into your daily life at home.
Living in the Ashram following a simple, structured daily schedule, allows you to focus on yourself for two weeks (or more!!). You will meet like-minded people from all over the world and make friends for life.
The two-week Yoga Vacation schedule is impressive and inclusive. Each day you will have morning and afternoon yoga classes, an afternoon talk/discussion on yoga philosophy and psychology, early morning and evening satsang (meditation, chanting and discourse). The programmes start on 1st and 16th of each month, all year round. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome and the programme is enjoyed by all levels and all ages. At the end of the two weeks you will take home an established practice of both yoga and meditation which can stay with you for the rest of your life.

An initial minimum three night payment is required upon arrival and registration. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of early departure.
