OPEN CLASS

Duration            90 minutes             60 minutes

An intermediate level class on a drop-in basis, covering the 12 basic postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. An appropriate level for Yogic Practitioners.

ADVANCED CLASS

Duration              120 minutes

For students who have completed Yoga 2, Yoga 3 or TTC and would like to deepen their yoga practice. This class will cover the Sivananda sequence with advanced variations.

ADVANCED ASANA WORKSHOPS

 Duration                 90 minutes

Intended as a means to expand and explore the deeper essence Hatha Yoga system, these excellent workshops can be taken to improve your Asana practice.

GENTLE YOGA

 Duration                 90 minutes

PREGANCY CLASS

 Duration                   90 minutes

Basic yoga exercises adapted for pregnancy. It is advised to begin after the first trimester. Students will not be allowed to take part in Open Classes during pregnancy.

KIDS’ CLASS

 Duration                  120 minutes

GROUP MEDITATION (SATSANG)

Consists of 20 – 30 minutes of meditation, 45 minutes of mantra chanting and an informal talk on the philosophy of Yoga and Vedanta. Open to all. Click Here for date and other details
