Yoga 3

Prerequisite Yoga 2

If you have completed Yoga 2 or Yoga 2M this course will allow you to continue to work on the headstand while beginning to learn more advanced postures and variations. When you’ve mastered the headstand you can move on to Yoga 4.

  Course Highlights

  • Work on the headstand and variations such as Scorpion, Chakrasan, etc.
  • Focus on intermediate and advanced variations within existing postures

Yoga 4

Prerequisite Yoga 3

Yoga 4 is for those who want a more advanced practice after having completed Yoga 3. In addition to the advanced practice of asanas, sessions will focus on detailed corrections and provide information on the anatomy of Asanas, breathing & Pranayama, and Yoga philosophy.

Yoga 5

Prerequisite Yoga 4

Yoga 5 offers a natural progression from Yoga 4 and will combine the practice of Asanas with more advanced Pranayama techniques, Yoga Kriyas (cleansing techniques), Mantra chanting and meditation.
