  Continuing your practice...

While practice at home is a good discipline, it is advisable to attend classes for correction and guidance from a teacher, especially when you are still new to yoga. For this reason we have daily open yoga classes, both in the morning and the evening. After completing the Yoga 1 Beginner’s Course, it is suggested you continue with the Yoga 2, Open classes and advanced classes to develop and improve your practice.
