Starting Yoga when young gives a child the best foundation in life. Kids Yoga includes Yogic postures, proper breathing, meditation, chanting and spiritual storytelling. Kids develop a love for nature, experience peace and inner silence and benefit from improved concentration and memory power. Classes are designed for 5-12 year-olds.

The practice of Yoga can help you prepare your mind and body for labour and Yoga postures are a gentle ways of keeping your body active and the breathing techniques are useful during labour. It also helps in restoring the shape of your body, uterus, abdomen, and pelvic floor and in relieving upper back tension and breast discomfort after childbirth. Practice can begin after the first trimester.

Yoga is a form of exercise that adapts to your needs and abilities and deals with your whole being. It makes your body fitter, the mind calmer and can help you deal with emotional issues that are linked with age. It helps you to accept who you are, the state you are in and creates a positive approach in life. Classes are designed for senior citizens and those who want to take a more gentle class to improve general mobility, health and well-being.
