Neti Kriya Workshop

Kriya means cleansing exercises. Jala & Sutra Neti workshop focuses on cleaning the internal organs through various techniques. Learn the ancient yogic techniques for cleansing and purifying the body. Sharpen the mind. Stimulate the elimination of toxins and wastes from the respiratory and digestive systems. It is essential to practice on an empty stomach. Do not eat/drink anything in the morning before the workshop.

Start Time: 7:00. Workshop duration: 45 minutes. Start Dates: every second Saturday of the month.

Headstand workshop

Headstand is a posture that offers a whole range of wonderful physical and emotional benefits, namely improved circulation, digestion. There are many reasons to practice headstand, and often the only barrier is our fear of going upside-down. This workshop will give you the opportunity to put any fear or reservations aside, and allow you to work on your Headstand in a safe and supportive environment. We will focus on correct alignment and look at different techniques for preparing, entering and holding Headstand, so that by the time you leave you will have the tools and confidence to practice.

Sun Salutation Workshop.

The Sun Salutation Pose, also known as Salute to the Sun and Surya Namaskar, is a flowing series of 12 poses which help improve strength and flexibility of the muscles and spinal column. This pose also warms up the body and tones the abdominal muscles. This workshop class will take you through Sun Salutation A step-by-step, breaking down each posture for correct alignment and balance. Learn to more thoroughly explore the benefits of your yoga poses by practicing them to their fullest potential.
