This 7-day course on pranayama and meditation, taught by Yoga Acharya Prahlada , will give you an incredible , in-depth insight on how you can self-heal and live healthy not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. It will enable you to be more productive at work & home, be more present & live life with awareness , exuberance and joy . The course will include the theory and practice of pranayama and meditation.

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER

Yoga Acharya Prahlada , is a senior and a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda, and has devoted his life to the study, practice and teaching of Hatha Yoga , Raja Yoga & Vedanta. His years of study under the tutelage of his Guru Swami Vishnudevananda, and many more years of discipline & practise, come through in his classes which are tinged with extremely deep & profound insights . His subtle sense of humour , simple language & warm nature make him one of the most sought after teachers globally.
