Strengthen your Upper Body – Relax your Upper back, Shoulders and Neck with Yoga.
Most of us spend our time sitting on a desk, reading or using our mobile/computer, driving or running errands by carrying stuff around, using our hands and shoulder.
Daily activities like these lead to tensions and stress in our upper body. In this yoga class we will focus on increasing your flexibility in the upper body area and provide relief from common aches and pains in the neck, shoulders, upper and mid back area.
Build strength, relieve tension from upper body and restore your balance practicing yoga.
