In this Meditative Class, you will be guided not only to stretch and tone the physical body but also to stretch and strengthen the Mental Faculties by focusing on the Chakras or the Energy Centres. Dive deep inward while holding the postures and learn how to purify and heal the body, as well as to calm & control the mind.
Pranayama and Meditation | 06.00 – 07.00
Mind and Prana are intimately connected. When the mind is deeply concentrated, the respiration slows down or stops. If you do concentration and meditation, Pranayama comes by itself. The breath becomes slower and slower. You will practise this Pranayama daily unconsciously – Swami Sivananda

Sivananda Basic Open Class | 08.15 – 09.45
Our Basic Open Class includes Pranayama (Breathing Exercises), Warm-up Exercise -Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), 12 Basic Asanas and Deep relaxation. These 12 asanas not only work on every part of the body, stretching and toning the muscles and joints, the spine and the entire skeletal system, but also on the internal organs, glands and nervous system, keeping us in radiant health.

It is important for children to have good physical health and a positive mental attitude, thereby ensuring they have a bright future. Our “Kid’s Class” is a fun filled way for kids to learn yoga asanas, simple breathing techniques and deep relaxation. Apart from these they also learn about self-acceptance, self-awareness, etc., that helps the children develop their self-confidence and a sense of responsibility.
