Hormone Yoga Immersion Programme

17th January – 24th January, 2026

Are you curious about how yoga can support your hormonal balance, vitality, and overall wellbeing? Would you like to experience practices that nurture your body, mind, and spirit through every stage of life? This course is designed as a deep dive into Hormone Yoga Therapy as a lived experience for anyone wishing to connect with their own natural cycles and inner power.

Hormone Yoga blends elements of Sivananda and Kundalini Yoga with dynamic breathing practices, prana circulation techniques, visualization, and stress-release exercises. These tools help restore balance to the endocrine system — the body’s hormonal network that deeply influences mood, energy, and long-term health.

In today’s world, many people experience hormonal imbalances as a result of chronic stress and the fast pace of modern life. Hormone Yoga offers a gentle, natural way to restore vitality, ease transitions, and reconnect with the innate rhythms of body and spirit.
It can be especially supportive in times of:

  • menstrual discomfort and PMS
  • PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)
  • infertility
  • thyroid imbalances
  • fatigue, low energy level
  • severe stress or burnout
  • sleep difficulties and insomnia
  • mood swings
  • menopausal changes
  • low testosterone and related challenges in men

Whether you have a professional interest in Hormone Yoga as a yoga teacher, are navigating any of the challenges above, or simply wish to support your hormonal health, this immersion will give you practical tools to be more grounded, radiant, and balanced.

What You Will Experience

Over the course of the week, you will:

  • Learn and practice the classical Hormone Yoga sequence developed by Brazilian yogini and psychologist, Dinah Rodrigues, as well as adaptations and variations shared by Shakti Lehner from years of teaching.
  • Explore yoga postures, kriyas, breathing techniques, and guided visualizations that directly support hormonal health.
  • Practice anti-stress techniques to calm the nervous system – the key to protecting hormonal balance.
  • Deepen your awareness of how different life stages (menstrual cycle, fertility, perimenopause, and menopause) can be supported with yoga.
  • Gain insights into how nutrition, lifestyle, and mindfulness complement Hormone Yoga.
  • Experience group practices, personal reflection, and opportunities to connect with others on the journey.

This immersion is about embodiment: moving beyond theory into daily practice, allowing the body to integrate and respond to the techniques. You’ll leave with a toolkit of exercises you can continue to use in your own life long after the course ends.
