Pranayama Practice Class

Bring lightness to the body and balance to the mind with a half-hour daily practice of pranayama. Kapalabathi for energising the brain and cleansing the respiratory system. Anuloma viloma for quietening and strengthening the mind. Energise the body. Calm the mind. Face the day.

Open Yoga Class

Start your day the right way! Jump into the Sivananda hour and a half class of yoga’s basic postures, pranayama and relaxation guided by an experienced Sivananda teacher.   A great way to maintain a regular yoga practice. This is a practice session.

7 days a week

Pre-requisites

  • A foundation of yoga is necessary.
  • Completion of Beginners Yoga Course Part 1 and Part 2 is necessary for a safe online practice of this class.

Advanced Asana Class

Invigorating and energising. Variations and extended holding of postures. Bring the awareness inward. Push yourself a little. Release dormant energy. Increase your stamina.

2 days a week

Pre-requisites

  • Intermediate to advanced.
  • Not for beginners.

Kids Yoga Class

Can the Tree Pose triumph over the television? Can the Crow compete with the console? Will the Lion make the young ones listen for five minutes? Yes!! Join us for a class that will keep the kids entertained in a fun creative way.
