The test must be done not more than <strong>4\u00a0days<\/strong> (<strong>96\u00a0hours<\/strong>) before reaching the ashram. The original test result should be presented during check-in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check-in time is 08:00 \u2013 17:00.<\/strong> Please notify us regarding late arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Yoga Vacation minimum stay is <strong>3\u00a0days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Travel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Anyone traveling from a different state must check the official travel procedures and secure an E-Pass if required.<\/li>\n<li>We advocate travelling via properly sanitised private cabs rather than using public transport such as buses and autos etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>At the Ashram<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Guests will be checked for basic symptoms upon arrival, during check-in, and on a daily basis thereafter. The original COVID (RT PCR) test result should be presented during check-in.<\/li>\n<li>There is no requirement of quarantine in the ashram, but the guidelines on <a href=\"https:\/\/sivananda.org.in\/neyyardam\/covid-guidelines\/#_safetyimages\">hand sanitising, use of masks and social distancing <strong>(SMS)<\/strong><\/a> must always be followed.<\/li>\n<li>Number of guests is currently limited to <strong>forty persons<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>During all activities and in the shared accommodation areas we shall follow the MoHFW social distancing guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Guests will not be allowed to leave the ashram grounds during their stay.<\/li>\n<li>Along with the above points, general hygiene standards in accordance with MoHFW protocol shall be followed in the ashram.<\/li>\n<li>Guests are always expected to keep a mask and hand sanitiser with them and use their own yoga mat (satsang, yoga classes, during meals &amp; teatime).<\/li>\n<li>Masks, sanitisers, yoga mats and water bottles are available for purchase in the boutique.<\/li>\n<li>Bed linen (renewable every 14 days), plate and cup will be provided, on loan as part of the Yoga Vacation charge.<\/li>\n<li>The ashram reserves the right to ask guests not adhering to the safety protocols to leave the ashram.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe environment for all in the ashram.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"safetyimages\" class=\"fusion-container-anchor\"><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-3 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:50%;width:calc(50% -
