Karma Yoga (Selfless Service)

Karma Yoga trains how you act. At the centre, this is not abstract—it happens through daily duties: helping in the kitchen, cleaning shared spaces, arranging the hall before class. The task itself is simple. The shift is in how it is done.

Work is performed without personal gain or recognition. If a floor is cleaned well, no one needs to know who did it. This removes the constant need for approval and reduces agitation in the mind. Over time, even routine actions become steady and efficient.

The deeper teaching is detachment. Actions continue, but the inner pressure drops. This carries into life outside the centre—work becomes clearer, relationships less reactive. Karma Yoga reshapes how effort is applied.
