    (Deloitte, 2023)
  • 1 in 3 professionals feel they can’t disconnect from work, even while on leave
    (Harvard Business Review, 2022)

That’s why we created

Wellness Schedule (Residential Retreat Format)

“Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.” Swami Sivananda

The daily schedule of the retreat is as follows.

Start fresh. Start early: Early rising helps reset your internal body clock, improves sleep quality, and aligns your system with the natural rhythm of the day. Waking up at the same time each day builds discipline and mental clarity before emails and meetings take over.

Quiet the mind before the world gets loud: Satsang begins with 30 minutes of silent meditation, followed by group chanting and a short spiritual talk. This sets a calm and focused tone for the day ahead, helping you manage distractions, reduce reactivity, and lead with intention.

A light, warm cup to gently awaken the system.

Rebuild your posture and breath: The morning yoga class strengthens the spine, opens the hips and shoulders, and trains you to breathe more deeply. This is essential for reversing the effects of prolonged sitting, screen use, and shallow desk-breathing habits.

Nourish your body, simply: Enjoy a wholesome, vegetarian meal designed to support digestion, calm the nervous system, and fuel your afternoon without causing lethargy. Clean eating helps improve energy, focus, and gut health—all linked to workplace performance.

Serve together, grow together.
This short group service activity (such as cleaning, organising, or light gardening) builds humility, cooperation, and team spirit. It offers a new way to work together without hierarchy—strengthening communication and mutual respect.

Pause. Hydrate. Connect: A mid-day tea break is a chance to pause mindfully and informally connect with your team. This helps reduce stress, prevent burnout, and build stronger social bonds, which are essential for resilient workplace culture.

Understand stress. Learn to respond, not react: A 60-minute talk with one of our senior teachers on practical topics like: how to manage mental fatigue, improve focus, apply yogic principles at work, or avoid burnout. These are highly interactive and relevant to the modern workplace.

Unwind your body and sharpen your mind: This afternoon class focuses on releasing accumulated tension in the neck, shoulders, spine, and wrists—areas most affected by long desk hours. It ends with deep relaxation techniques that boost clarity and creativity for the next day.

Light, sattvic, and satisfying: Dinner is kept light to support sound sleep and easy digestion. Meals are rich in fresh vegetables, grains, and natural seasonings—reducing inflammation and supporting emotional balance after a full day.

Close the day with stillness: This second satsang helps process the day with reflection and silence. Ending with chanting and quiet time supports restful sleep, emotional clarity, and mental renewal—helping your team carry the calm into tomorrow.

The Ashram rests early. Silence and rest help integrate the day’s experience and support deep healing.
