Yoga Sadhana Intensive,
Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, India

Deepen your practice | Transform your life | Begin your spiritual journey

Step beyond your limits. The Sadhana Intensive is not just another course – it is a transformative two-week journey that takes your practice, your discipline, and your mind to heights you may not have thought possible. Designed by Swami Vishnudevananda from his own hatha yoga sadhana in the Himalayas, this programme gives you the tools to cultivate energy, stamina, and unshakable self-confidence that lasts long after you leave the Ashram.

Each day demands full immersion: up to eight hours of hatha yoga, prolonged pranayama, and extended self-practice. The rhythm is strict and sattvic, with no outside distractions. You live entirely within the Ashram’s Himalayan setting, supported by scripture study, guidance from experienced teachers, and the strength of community.

The results are profound. Graduates often describe heightened awareness, extraordinary energy, sharper senses, and a clarity of mind that carries into every part of daily life. Old patterns give way to new strength, resilience, humility, and joy. Many return again and again, each time discovering new depths in practice and in themselves.

This course is a rare chance to experience the full force of classical yoga – to train the body and breath so that the mind can become limitless.

For those serious about sadhana, it is not just recommended. It is essential.
