Centre Information

We offer daily classes, courses, and workshops on yoga, meditation, philosophy, and other yoga-related subjects. Complete beginners will find individual instruction and encouragement with caring teachers. More advanced practitioners will find fresh inspiration to delve more deeply into their practices. We are recognized worldwide for teaching yoga authentically, preserving the purity and traditions dating back several thousand years.

Specialised kids, gentle, and prenatal yoga classes, as well as workshops and specialised courses round out our schedule. Topics include: Vedanta, Sanskrit, advanced asanas, vegetarian cooking, meditation, cleansing kriyas, positive thinking, chakras, and more. Join us for satsang and celebration of spiritual festivals to enjoy community and connection.

All of our teachers serve on a volunteer basis (karma yoga) and our Centre is assisted by many volunteers. We welcome any offering of your time and skills in running the Centre.

Our Centre is open to all. Come and experience the benefits of yoga and community with us.
