Yoga, at its root, is a spiritual practice. Our practice and learning is fostered and supported by others around us who follow the same path. We are dedicated to disseminating knowledge of Yoga to the community in South Delhi, and also to creating a comfortable
spiritual home for many to benefit.

We work to create opportunities, not just to practice and to learn, but to join with others to feel a sense of connection and shared purpose. We hope that you will join us and feel part of something.
