A two-week advanced programme designed by Swami Vishnudevananda for serious practitioners ready to deepen their inner journey through disciplined, individual hatha yoga practice.
This course is physically and mentally challenging, designed to take you to the inner depths of your spiritual evolution. You will work towards up to eight hours of hatha yoga per day, including extended and intensive pranayama sessions. The focus is not on instruction, but on guided self-practice—structured, silent, and inward-facing.
The course is rooted in Swami Vishnudevananda’s own sadhana in the Himalayas. He often said that six months of this intensive practice gave him the energy to share the teachings of yoga across the world for the next forty years. Sadhana Intensive follows this same framework, integrating classical hatha yoga with scriptural study to support transformation from within.
Students often feel:
- Sharpened senses and increased energy.
- Improved memory and mental clarity,.
- Profound humility and inner joy.
- A tangible shift in awareness and presence.
