The Open Class is available on a drop-in basis to all who have completed the Beginners’ Course (Yoga 1). The powerful sequence of traditional yoga includes pranayama, sun salutation, the 12 classical basic postures and deep relaxation.

Free Trial Yoga Class

A chance to drop in for an introductory yoga class for those who want to bring yoga into their lives and learn about the Sivananda-style yoga practice. A great opportunity to try this class before signing up for our Beginners’ Course.

Every Sunday 10 am to 11:30pm

Yoga 1: Beginners’ Course (Weekdays)

Comprising of 8 learner classes on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday for 2 two weeks. During this class the teacher will introduce the breathing exercises, Surya namaskar and 12 basic asanas to the students and will help them to get familiar before attending the Open classes. This 8 classes will be followed by 10 practice classes in the daily open classes.

Meditation 1 – Introduction to Meditation

Meditation is considered the most important of all yoga practices and leads to emotional balance, peace of mind, and a joy of living. Daily practice is known to remove anger, anxiety and depression. In this comprehensive and informative course you will be guided in the basic techniques of meditation to establish a daily practice. In addition the course will help you to understand the nature of the mind and how to develop concentration and inner stability.

• Meditation using mantras – tools for meditation

Intermediate / Advance Class

Expand your regular practice with our two-hour Intermediate/Advanced Class. Go deeper into the basic postures through longer holding and learn new variations.
Prerequisite: Students should be able to hold headstand and other basic postures with ease.

Pre-natal Yoga Class

The months of carrying a child are precious. The yoga postures and breathing techniques are a gentle way to keep your body active and fit during your pregnancy. Specially-adapted postures prepare the body for a peaceful birth and restore vitality and vigour in the post-natal months. Practice can begin after the first trimester after consultation with your doctor.

Duration:  60 minutes
Schedule:  Every Saturday & Sunday; 8 am to 9am.

Kids Yoga

Kids’ Yoga

A lively approach to yoga to help kids develop coordination, flexibility, strength and confidence as well as enhancing concentration, memory and a sense of well-being and self-awareness. The classes include yoga postures, proper breathing, meditation, chanting and spiritual storytelling. It’s a lot of fun—the kids make new friends and develop new and positive interests.

Age Group:  5 to 12 years only
Duration:  60 minutes
Schedule:  Every Mon, Wed & Fri from 4 pm to 5:30 pm

Sat & Sun. at 10 am to 11 am

Gentle Yoga

A slower-paced class for people of all sizes, ages and fitness levels. Gentle yoga removes any fears or challenges in doing yoga. Classes are designed for those who want to take a more gentle class to improve general mobility, health and well-being. The class includes easy basic postures with some variations, breathing exercises, and relaxation.

Duration:  60 minutes
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 8 am to 9.15 am.

Advanced Asana classes

Rigorous yogic exercises to aid w. If you have done the basic courses with us then you get enrolled in theses classes. These classes are specially designed to bring a physical transformation for a person through the yogic exercises. Involves 8 classes over two weeks on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of the week.
