Our Yoga Vacation programme is available all year-round. You will experience the in-credible benefits that yoga brings to mind, body and spirit, increasing vitality, positivity and ease of being. The programme includes twice-daily yoga asana and pranayama classes; lectures, talks and workshops on yoga philosophy and psychology as well as twice-daily satsang (silent meditation practice, kirtan (Sanskrit chanting) and a dis-course on yoga).
