Sivananda Basic Open Class
An hour and a half class of yoga’s basic postures, pranayama and relaxation guided by an experienced Sivananda teacher. A great way to maintain a regular yoga practice. This is a practice session.

Pre-requisites
- A foundation of yoga is necessary.
- Completion of Beginners Yoga Course is necessary for a safe online practice of this class.
