Yoga Vacation programme is based on the teachings of 5 Points of Yoga and the Four Paths of Yoga. The schedule includes twice-daily yoga classes, talks and workshops on yoga philosophy and practice with twice-daily satsang.

It is available May to September and begins on the 1st and 16th of every month. Attendance at all aspects of the programme is mandatory unless otherwise specified.

Two meals, tea and snacks and accommodation are also included in the programme.
