Sadhana Intensive was designed by Swami Vishnudevananda for students who want a concentrated period of practice under the guidance of the classical tradition. The course is based on Swami Sivananda’s original Yoga Vedanta philosophy and follows a strict daily routine that strengthens discipline and inner focus.

The training centres on advanced pranayama, extended periods of silence, study of essential scriptures, and steady asana practice. Each element is taught in a structured way so students can work safely with stronger energies and develop a stable, clear mind.

The ashram setting is essential to this process. Living close to the teachers, following a pure lifestyle, and practising without distraction supports deep inward work. The course is challenging and suited for sincere practitioners who already have a solid foundation from the TTC or equivalent training.

Sadhana Intensive is for those who want a direct experience of the traditional methods and the inner transformation that comes from committed daily practice.
