Introductory Yoga Course Level 1

Learn the basics of yoga in six days. Develop strength and flexibility, sharpen the mind and learn to relax deeply. At the end you will have a good grasp of the main postures of yoga such as the shoulder stand, sitting forward bend, the cobra, the bow and much more as well as yoga’s classic breathing exercises. You can keep the practice going after the course with Open classes and Introductory Yoga Level 2.

Introductory Yoga Course Level 2

Build strength, flexibility and power with this five-day follow-on from our Introductory Yoga Course Level 1. Learn how to master the headstand, hold postures for longer and go deeper into the practice with variations on the twelve basic postures learned in Level 1. An experienced Sivananda teacher will give individual guidance.
