Kids’ Yoga introduces yoga in a structured, engaging way suited to children. Classes combine movement, breath, and attention practices to support physical development, focus, emotional balance, and positive habits.

Sessions include yoga postures, simple breathing practices, guided relaxation, chanting, and storytelling drawn from yogic tradition. The emphasis is on participation, confidence, and learning through experience in a supportive group setting.
