Classical Hatha Yoga
Build firm foundation in hatha yoga rooted in the Sivananda Yoga tradition, while learning the importance of deep relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking and meditation for your physical and mental well-being.

Keeping the class size small, gives us the flexibility to offer you individualised attention during each class and each step of the way. Any questions you may have will be answered personally during the sessions.
We teach yoga in a methodical way, from scratch. This approach is suitable for beginners, those wishing to understand the practice more deeply, as well as those facing injury, or wishing to re-start their practice after a break.

The course meets twice a week for 8 weeks. In the first 4 weeks you will learn the basics: Breathing exercises (Pranayama); Warm-ups (Sun Salutations and preparatory exercises); 12 Fundamental Yoga Postures (Asanas), and Relaxation. Over the next 4 works you will refine your practice, learn to hold the postures longer, learn basic variations to gain more comfort, and build confidence in your yoga practice. Learn everything you need to know to begin to practice yoga and gain the confidence to continue your practice regularly with our step-by-step Yoga Foundations Course.
Course instructors will be able to help each student with their individual needs and assist them in achieving the next level in their yoga journey.
After the Yoga Foundations Course is complete, you will receive one week of free daily Open Classes which can be taken as you wish, either online or in-person at our centre in South Delhi. Once you learn the simple sequence, you will be able to practice yoga anywhere, anytime!
