Asana Jaya Workshop

Asana Jaya means victory over a posture. The longer we hold a posture the closer we come to higher levels of awareness. Yoga is aligning oneself with the cosmic order. Dive deep into yoga postures in this two-hour workshop and experience the subtle and sublime aspects of a yoga practice.

Headstand Workshop

Are you practising at home and struggling with the headstand? In this workshop you will learn the proper steps to come into the asana with control and how to have a family member help you as you learn.
Please note that you must bring an adult member of your household to this workshop with you. They will be taught how to support you to learn safely at home. If you do not have and adult assistant with you, you will be removed to the waiting room, or from the class.

  • Do not practice the headstand if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma or any infections in the head. Please consult a doctor if in doubt.
