Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you will increase your vitality, positivity, and ease of being as a result of daily yoga practice, a healthy vegetarian diet, silent meditation sessions, and uplifting teachings. - Morning & evening satsang
A calm start and end to the day. Sitting in meditation, chanting uplifting mantras, and listening to readings or talks on yogic wisdom add to the focus, reflection, and inner connection experienced in the ashram. - Asana & pranayama class
Classes are morning and afternoon. Practice guided breathing (Pranayama), sun salutation and the 12 classical postures (asanas). Build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace. In this session teachers will introduce and demonstrate postures. - Vegetarian meals
For brunch and dinner ashrams offer a freshly cooked, vegetarian South Indian meal made with seasonal, local ingredients—simple, nourishing, and deeply satisfying. - Karma yoga (Selfless Service)
