Yes we do accept credit cards.
Indian rupees will be needed for example for day trips, local shopping etc. There are ATM machines 20 minutes away from the ashram by bus or rickshaw if necessary.
The ashram operates a pre-paid card system whereby you put money onto a card and use this as a way to purchase around the ashram (e.g. health hut, boutique etc).
